Um….what about the whole farm animal initiation thing too? Don’t forget about that. Just be careful….those sheep kick harder than you think. :mrhumpy: :bubba:

Oh yeah, the mandatory club tattoo looks pretty sweet too. I suggest getting it on your back….kinda hard to put a 16” diameter tattoo anywhere else. :flipoff2:

Come on some runs and it’ll be game on. I can’t imagine anybody not sponsoring you guys in. Hell….once you go on a run or two, put me down to sponsor you in….if you’re a veteran of the highlakes it’s the least I can do!!!

Wish I could wheel on Tday, gots to do the family stuff though...

I'll be tearing down my rig after next weekends run to install my WMS doubler...if it ever gets here. :( I finished the COITUS steering...it sucks. My heim is maxed out already, ordered high misalign spacer for it so hoping that fixes it.

Another major flaw in my master design as far as the doubler goes...I got the 205 clocked flat and don't have a body lift and don't want one. So I will cut a hole in the floor..no problem. As for the exhaust I have no clue what I'm going to do...my pretty exhaust is going to get bent up now. :( Right now I have straight pipes out of the collectors into Flow40s and straight out the muff. I don't want any bends but I guess have no choice.

Um…your exhaust is going to be fubar’d.

I had the exact same problems with my exhaust when I installed my ORD doubler. I had straight 2 ½” pipes coming out of the manifold, going to a “X” pipe and then back to flowmaster 40’s and then turn downs. The exhaust on the passenger side had to be completely redone. It’s now like 1 ¼” or 1 ½” and barely squeezes in the frame rail along the side of the 205. It’s kinda hokey, but it works and it gets the job done. If you want, I can take a picture of it and post it up….might help you.

As far as the 205 goes…I’m almost in the same boat as well. I’ve got a 4” lift, no body lift…and don’t want one. My 205 is clocked about 2” up, so the bottom of it is level with the 203/doubler. I had to actually beat the floor board up a little bit to clear it and it was fine. Oh yeah…plus my body mounts were the stock (28 year old) rubber mounts and they were hashed. So, I replaced those with new poly one’s and that helped too.

Good luck…should be a pretty sweet setup!!

haha you got all the same shit I do. My body mounts are toast. A pic of the exhaust would be awesome. Does the pipe run right next to the fuel lines then? That doesn't cause any probs?

I can't wait to have the doubler behind my SM465.

I'll take a picture of the exhaust and PM it to you tomorrow.

Yes, the exhaust runs right next to the fuel lines. So far, so good....no problems. Although, I am considering wrapping the exhaust with some insulation/header wrap just to cut down on the heat.

I think its time to bring this to the top. So Dan what do we need to do to get these guys in? Im talking Mark and Art. Also Matt (burbanfreek). I'll sponsor them if needed. A few of the club members have meet them now and I know some have wheeled with them. Matt has been on a few runs that I have been on. They all seem like good guys and would fit right in with us webwheelers. Plus we would have 3 fresh ones for initiation at BF.

Done.

So umm Guys what are we doing for thier initiation? Do they have to beat Joes time in the tank? While blind folded with thier wife/gf as a spotter? Do they have to go through the mud pit, stop in the middle get out into the mud and dance on the hood, then get back in and drive out?

How about having them do a Jack and Coke beer bong with me? :drunk:

Or

Have them wear pink nor cal offroad shirts with “I’m an NCOR pledge…and all I got was this pink shirt.” the whole weekend at BF. :flipoff2:

Or

We just welcome them into the club with some cold beers, good food and great wheeling during BF. :D
