I won one about 3 years ago and it was like $50 off a $500 shaft  And of course the add said "Driveshaft Giveaway". Now I just make my own.

mmm square tube shafts are cool. Anything I need to know about shortening my own driveshaft in the rear? I don't feel like shelling out cash again when I put in my dubla. Gonna extend the front square shaft and shorten the stocker rear...or at least try.

I just cut the axle end yoke off mine, cut the tube to length, pressed yoke back in, mounted to truck, spun it with a dial indicator on it till it was within a few thousandths of being round and welded it.

/\ I did the same minus the checking with a dial caliper. That was just more work in my eyes. Fronts going to be square tube.

SBD did my rear when I changed to a SM465, good work, however I don't have extra cash to spend after all the doubler shiat.

Almost certain your getting a $200 gift certificate towards whatever. I've built shafts for a couple guys on Pirate that have won the drawing thing- the invoice always says something about "por giveaway -$200".
Lemme know when you call up to get your stuff....I'll be sure to pay extra attention to your order. :flipoff2: :pimp1:
