If it stays the weekend of june 15-17th I might not be able to go or best case scenario only go for Friday and Saturday (15th & 16th). The trip we’re thinking of doing is the 17th-23rd of June.

Dude…Ixtapa in the summer…2000 miles away from work and stress….sipping a Pacifico on the beach….relaxing in the sun….eating fish tacos and fresh Ceviche….man, that’s tough to beat.

Well…doesn’t look like I’ll be making it to BF this year. I think we’re booking our mexico trip this week and it’ll be for the 17th-23rd :( . The best I’ll be able to do is maybe make it out for the day on the 15th or MAYBE for the day on the 16th.

I've looked into moving the trip but that won't work....bummer..... :cry:

Things are really busy at work right now.. But I do now that he as not called me back because I left my cell number with him. We have "standing" dates for July.. What that means is they will not book anything on the second weekend of July unless they talk to me first.. They have my home phone number at the ranger station.. Know if somebody as a standing weekend the third week of June.. Then we are in trouble

The thing about HH is it can actually bee cooler there...just the last two years err so it's been HOT just that week and then cooling back down so even if we get stuck with July we still have a chance it won't be so damn hot :unsure: :D

They said he is no longer in charge if group 5 area. That I need to talk to another person.. She is off today and promises a phone call back on monday.. Why in the hell couldn't that guy have called me a month ago and told me he was no longer in charge of it.. Or have given my messages to her... :mad:

As of right now the dates for this years Blazer-fest are July 20,21 and 22.. There are some major problems thou. I will be posting up in the private forum pretty soon to talk about these.. The dates that we wanted in June are taken.. And the TTC is set for the first week of June... Thanks Dan

We are starting to talk about them in the boardroom.. Issues are permits and they are going to charge us a use fee of group 5.. You can no longer go in and pay on your own. as stated.....let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

I've got a couple ideas on how to collect money ahead of time and to check that only paid people are allowed to enter group 5. That way you can ensure that the club recoups the money. Either way you cut it though.....that sucks. :(
