I just have to vent about the POS in the garage..
I gots the front end all buttoned up and then went looking for my currant draw ..(last night) so I do like Kevin says and used the test light in the neg cable and the light comes on..So I start TRYING to pull the fuses and they break each one I try to take out...(been sitting for 2.6 years so they got kinda rusted in there)
so after the 4th one I broke I gave that up and decided to time the motor,My bro stops by and we go to time it and while it is running I MELT a whole fuse holder even after the fuse was broke..
So we fix that, then after that we go to time it and get the timing right and shut it down and then start it again so the ECM can re-adjust to the new timing and now it acts like there is a vacume leak ..It will runn DAM GOOD ,great throttle response then when the pedal is released it will want to stumble and the idle is rough and not even..
But on a good note with the timing right it doesn't have that raw fuel smell to the exhaust anymore... :pain:
