For me.. Thursday T-Day with the inlaws in Merced.. Then friday I deep fry a turkey for just us four.. Then saturday t-dinner with my family.. By sunday I can't stand turkey..LOL

Our turkey has been in the smoker since 8:00 a.m.
dressing is stuffed inside, Im basting it with the gibblet broth; I started last night. :uh oh: .
it is hissing and smells great already.
we will ENJOY the bigbird today!!

Just got home from the sister's house. Had the bird, then we stepped out into the backyard with the small caliber rifles and shotguns and messed around for awhile.
Tip #1, always wear hearing protection when you decide to play Carlos Hathcock with the USP while using a metal bed box for support. :crazy:
Xmas time should be fun. I'll be prepared with both pistols and the AR :2thumbs:

Did the Webber BBQ style turkey again this year (3 year using this method)....took about 4 hours to do a 17Lb bird...but it tasted GOOOOOOOD. :beer:
