I have a 3bed/2bath/2car garage house that was just vacated by the renters. This was a good exit as they left the house clean and even shampooed the carpet.
The house is in a cul-de-Sac and very close to an elementary school.
Good neighborhood (right down the street from the house I lived in fer 4yrs).
I can sell or rent
