This is the clamp that holds the upper radiator hose to the fan shroud. It is from a GM full size pick up, 81 to 87 with a small block (350) engine. I need the clamp and, if you still have it, the bolt and nut type fastener that clips to the shroud.

Well looked a my trucks:
The 84 3/4 ton 350/th400 didn't have it, the hose goes at a 45 not a 90 degree.
The 86 diesel truck hose goes the same way as your picture but has no clamp on it.

I think I thru mine in the trash .... it just allowed the hose to rub on the fan shroud anyway. I bought a different style hose that routes away from the shroud (no more rubbing) ....
