Flat tow was a no go today

So we had a good trip to hollister this weekend, and when I was getting ready to leave today as I was making the last turn to exit I heard a bang. I look back to see my blazer comming toward me while I was stopped, NOT GOOD :blink: Neways I used my rear bumper to stop the blazer and assess the damage and the problem. It turns out I ripped the bolt out of the frame which held the tow bar.

So I call all around hollister, gilroy, morgan hill looking for a trailer rental space and all of them said I had return the trailer back to where I rented it, Or pay a hundred dollar change of delivery fee. Needless to say I drove back to fremont and rented a trailer and drove back to hollister to pick up the blazer. Its now 7:30 And I'm home.

When is the the next trip :2thumbs:

I saw your truck when we were leaving.. i wondered what happened, so i went over and looked at the front of your truck and saw where the frame ripped apart, and figured out what happened. :blink:

What are you looking for in a trailer? Im kinda half thinking about selling mine to step up to a wider one for my wide tires.

I was thinking about one like yours but like you said I was also thinking about getting one thats alittle wider mabey even a fith-wheel style trailer.
I'll let you know when I get closer to having the coin for a trailer.
