This is just BS, they are not rare, they are standard on most late 70's early 80's trucks.
The really rare ones are the 10 spline front yokes.
I was selling these flat flange yokes for $15 and still have some.

Well the guy was desperate, I sold him the 10 spline for $50
I probably could have gone higher but I am not trying to get rich off a couple of pieces of metal I might have. :beer:
