Im not sure on the HP rating (I have a dyno sheet somewhere) Its a 2002 vette 5.7 that stock made 350hp and 375 foot pounds of tourque. I have headers and a ram air style intake so? The reason it went 144mph is because with 1.1 gearing 4.10 ratios in the sticks and 38.5 tires thats the roll out you get at 6200 rpm. Now if I didnt have to push all that air :flipoff2:

RB also dyno tested his orange crush blazer on the same day. His 6.0 put the hurt on my puny vette engine by almost 15-20 hp and tourque. If I remember right :beer:

Kevins 5.7L through an automatic slushbox tranny put down 217 RWHP and 247 RWTQ i don't have the rpms for his dyno graph.
My 6.0L through the 4 speed manual put down 264 RWHP @ 4761 rpms, and 313 RWTQ @ 4079 rpms.
I went 140mph with 4.56 Kevin went 144mph with 4.10's.

Curious what it cost to have a vehicle dyno'ed?

I've thought about having my truck dyno'ed with the old engine and then again with my new engine once it's installed and dialed in.

Scott, that oakdale place that burt went to was $100 for about an hour or 3 pulls, something like that.

Ya that place is called Performance Dyno Tuning in Oakdale and it is 100 bucks for 1hr on the Dyno and 100 per hr after that for tuning. They were able to get my MPFI & A/F mix adjusted in that second hour so it cost me 200 bucks for the test & tune :2thumbs:
