I built this to go in a linked 'Runner with 49's and a 6.0 chevy motor. I wanted to be able to air the rig out without fear of the 14b exploding upon landing, thus the ridiculously over-built truss. The truss is all 1/4" plate. Both pinion support plates are 3/8" plate. Plans changed, as they always seem to do. I re-enlisted in the Army, and leave next Monday the 28th. So this has to go by then. 4.56 gears, welded spiders. Case is open and ready to accept a Detroit if needed. Just welded the spiders into a gear ball/mini spool, so the carrier is untouched. If you were anal, some of the bearings could be replaced, mainly pinion bearings. Thats why I didn't replace them. Fuckin with that crush sleeve sucks. I was gonna run it anyways. The small fitting welded to the truss is for the vent line. Theres a rubber hose going from the fitting on the pumpkin to the otherside of the fitting on the truss. The truss is tied into the pinion support housing with a big 1" (iirc) allen bolt. Remove the bolt, drive the allen bolt out and the pinion support plate can be removed. The center of the top flat section of the truss is perfectly centered between the backing plate mounting flanges. All brackets and spring perches removed and tubes sanded smooth. Housing fully sandblasted and primed. The pictures show it in about a 90% finished stage. The ends of the truss on the tube need to be cleaned up and closed off. The pinion support housing gusset thing needs some finish work. Corners rounded and cleaned up etc. All this will be finished up prior to going to the new owner. New longer bolts will be needed for the pinion support housing. I don't have those, but will replace them upon recieving some $$$. I live in Grass Valley, CA. Can deliver within 50 miles or so. Pick-up is also available of course. Tractor available for loading. I'd like to get $450-500 or so for it, lots of work in this thing! No trades, cash only. No "dibs" either. Money talks, first come first served. For sale on other forums. Prior19k@gmail.com Pay-Pal is best. My name is Joe.
