Next we have some cage feet plates.

Lastly we have our shock tab line.
These tabs are made to go over 1.5",1.75',or 2" tube and used to mount your coilover or shock. They are cut from 1/4" steel and have a 1/2" hole for your shock.

We also have some lower shock/coilover mounts for a dana 60. They fit over the inner C to get your mount as far out as possible.
PICTURE SOON.

Any one?

I see them, they look good.

What made you choose a palm tree? Was it a preloaded image in solidworks? It seems neat but a odd choice. I'll want Cracker in mine.

Would you be able to make rock rings with this? How does this compare with water jetting or laser?

I want 4 of the coilover tabs in 1.5" tube OD :) Post up or PM me a price. I could really use them this weekend so I might have to make a shotgun trip to come grab them.

Local fab tabs and brackets, oh boy.

How much for Rock Rings ? can you make some for 15 inchers?

How thick can you make em? I really wouldn't want a design in them so much, just want strength since I tend to beat on my junk anyways.

Depends on the design/size/material. We can make them for any size wheel, Id prob need one just to make sure it fits right. We could do up to 1" but that might be over kill. I was planning on doing the tribal one above for my rig out of 1/4". Might be able to get away with 3/16", but 3/8" would be a possibility also.

3/8" would be pimp. 3/16 I figure why bother, it will bend. 1/4" minimum for strength IMO.

My thoughts too. Price would come into play IMO between 1/4" and 3/8". I mean if the cost difference justifies the strength increase. So all you really want is like a 1" circle just to keep your outter lip from bending? If so I can get Kevin to try and figure out a price for you.

So Jay, where is this coilover mount bracket Kevin was speaking of in my truck linkage thread?

Got a SW .jpeg or maybe a working peice?

I have a prototype at the shop. I was going to take a pic but I got sidetracked. I can get you one tomorrow. all the cad stuff is at the shop too otherwise I could show you that. It would put the lower shock mount right were the shock is sitting in your pic.

If you could that would be great. I'll be headed back up here through Morgan Hill on Friday morning, I might be able to stop in and exchange monies and metal peices provided the solution fits :thumb:

Kyle, heres the prototype on the axle for my swap. Not sure if the Cs vary from chevy to ford, I dont see why they would. I want to get it to fit a bit tighter still. Either way you get the point. You could rotate it a bit on the C if you do some grinding. I used a template that I had made for my trail rig to mount the shocks in the same spot, been on there since before rubicon and I havnt had any issues. The main difference is that this setup is tab indexed. I plan on using these when I do my swap. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thats a really good looking bracket. I like the interlocking plates and the overall height.

I am a little worried about clearance. With the springless kingpin caps I have (think 1" highsteer arm with 1" of stud protrusion) and the 2.5" coilover cap is there clearance with that bracket for movement? It looks like there should be, just kind of curious if you've done a mockup with a knuckle and your FOA's or something?

I'll give you guys a call in a little bit.

I guess I should take a pic of the setup on my trail rig. Once I get my knuckle rebuild kits I can put the knuckle back on and mock everything up.

I just tossed everything on quickly this morning to get you pics. I put the steering arm, and studs in so that you can see how close they come. They are really close, but you could trim the studs down or I can not drill the holes for the bolt and you can raise it a 1/4" or so. Not to mention you can off set the shock a tad (1/8" on the ID) since the bracket is on the larger side to accommodate install and shimming. Shock was being held at about 5 degrees in.
