Going to the con June 27-29

Also going August 22-24

Both will be going in friday evening and coming out sunday. Camping will be at ellis creek and going into little sluice saturday for the day and back to ellis to camp saturday night and then come out Sunday morning.

Here's how I see this playing out for me...Mark break truck right before Blazerfest, or Mark not have truck fixed after breaking truck at Blazerfest.

I want to try and make one of these trips! never been up there yet. :blink:

Going next weekend, leaving after work friday the 27th

The rubicon trip was good this last weekend had some minor carnage. I twisted my driveline and put a 45 degree angle to it on the slabs going in friday night. We camped just above walker hill. The next morning Gary ran soup kitchen while the rest of us all ran soup bowl. When we got to little sluice 3(gary, donnie, nate) of are rigs ran the box then gary broke a center pin on one his front springs running the box. Then we went to buck island with intent to go for a swim but before would could park Clint broke a birfield so we ended up not swimming but fixing that. We then headed back up old sluice with no incident until we got back to little sluice and Donnie bent a link bar on his third trip through the box. We headed out sunday morning with no carnage.

This was my chevys first time running old sluice down and up, now the toy has to run up it and they will be even again.
