I want to buy crossover for my 60. My question is who should I go with, I know wfo stuff is good but does there system cost the same as Ord with their holiday sale? Ord's crossover is 400 plus tax. What do you all think?
I really like ord's stuff but all the complaints on pirate have me concerned about the customer service. From what I hear Wfo customer service is great. Any help would be appriciated.
I'm buying something tommorow

jeremy, as you know i'm running ORD crossover and have had no troubles with it and the customer service that Stephen gives is unbelievable. Stephen will talk with you on the phone for as long as it takes for you to understand what you need to know. I talked with him on the phone for 45 minutes once and i hadn't bought a thing from him at that point yet. :thumb:

Do you want it any time soon? If so I would say WFO.
Eric ordered his zero rates 3 weeks ago, has he gotten them yet?
Nate and his shifters....
Sounds like ORD has had issues getting stuff out latly.
I like WFO stuff, beefy, somewhat local, easy to deal with, I run it and so does half the club so it seems.
Chew on this...UPS Ground shipping....From CO 2-3 days.....From Auburn, CA 1 day. So you order the stuff tomorrow and he is able to get it out tomorrow you should have it tuesday.
I also went with WFOs arms cuz you can get the springless ones. The HD arms use shims instead of the kingpin springs.
just my 2 cents.

I saw that on wfo's page. I think I'm going to call them both, and see who has it available and the total price...

jeremy, go with the WFO. nothin against ORD, but lets face it they aren't the same stuff. the WFO is beefie. the arms will clear double front shocks. the speed towards ownership is awesome. they too will talk you through the process.

Oh dear god….dare I even answer this question  ? Shit….I can’t resist. :evil3:
WFO is the only way to go here Jeremy!!!! ORD makes very quality parts and is very knowledgeable but their customer service absolutely sucks huge donkey balls. I have never in my life ever experienced worse service from a mail order company as I have from them. And it’s not only the famous “shifter incident” I’ve had a problem with, I had similar experiences with orders for my front shackles and steering brace and my doubler hardware and gasket kit (that was almost as bad as the shifters) :angryfire: . Every time they showed no remorse for screwing me over, never offered to express ship it on their dime to make up for THEIR screw up, and I got different excuses each time…..they never ONCE copped to their mistake and took responsibility for their poor mismanagement of their office.
Now…with that said…..WFO is close, he’s a fellow wheeler, quality and price is top notch :bling: , it’s a tested system (how many of us are pimping his shit??), and if you went with him you would be “sticking it to the man”!!!! :D
It is your choice and I believe either way you will be getting quality products…..one will just be much sooner and will have better customer and tech support.
