As far as after market t-cases, your pretty much limited to the Atlas or the Stak. If it were me, I'd go with a Stak...can't beat a 3 speed t-case.

as i was looking into it the stak only comes with a 23 spline input shaft and i don't want to mess with changing out the output on the tranny. so i was also looking at the klune-v anyone running one? if so how do you like it? thanks

so will the 241 t/c be strong enough to run the 39.5 irok's with the klune-v? or should i think about upgrading the t/c?

The 241 is strong enough, it's protecting the case from rocks that you need to worry about, and possibly if you haven't already, change to Fixed yoke.

ya it's already fixed yoke and will be protected from the rocks. so it looks like i am going to keep it and run the klune v.

I can't remember who got me the best price but I remember 1750 was the best I found.
:pimp2:
I didn't end up buying though.

Try WFO, Trevor I think put one in one of the vehicles he built.

The new stak 2 speed is cheaper then an atlas and stronger - comes with a 32 spline upgrade already no extra charge and comes in 27 spline because i just sent them the stuff to do it- we are working together to give AA some competition- Jess http://highangledriveline.com/images/STaK4x4/Small/2speed%20back.jpg

how does the 2 speed work. just 4high/4low. if so what the high gear ratio?

My take is that high range is a 1:1 ratio and the low range you have a choice of either 3.75:1, 4.33:1, or 5.44:1
