Next weekend I am starting the motor..
I still have little things to do like
Mount shocks FT/Rear.
interier stuff needs put back in after tearing the dash apart to mount the computer..
Put tailgate on,and hood..
install idiot light in dash to see if I get any codes when I start it..
Still need to do rear gears.
I just might get it out of the garage next weekend :2thumbs:

I stopped counting on the TPI...Just lets say it has all new EVERYTHING..all sensors gaskets Everything..Best guess is about 800 but that is with things like that air intake, fuel pump, new dist.,new 8.8 wires, and a VSS
I used a chip burned and harness from jim's performance..

Well after a hour or so trying to get the DAM LOCKING gas cap off so I could get some gas in the tank...
It turn over after a few seconds and purred to life...And let me just say that the throttle response is GREAT (as steve burt says...POW ZING BOOM..) and for only changing from the Carb to TPI is like a whole new motor..

I pushed and pulled the key in and out of the lock while trying to turn it and it worked...lol
It is great being able to just flip the key and it starts with no hesitation now..but it is running rich and I need to set the base line timing yet and my bro has my timing light and won't be home till monday... :2thumbs:
Now to start finishing all the little things... :2thumbs:
