I was just in Pismo but I only went out to the dunes 1.5times..all of about 1.5hrs out there..thought about MoonRocks too but there is just something about sleeping next to the ocean that I look forward too.

Got some shit done this weekend.
Adjusted my valves on the 454. Fixed my old LightForce bumper lights. Cleaned up some rusty grounds.
Found 24pack of Corona for 19.99, got two..then opened one..drank 5 on accedent.
Cleaned out the camper...need to get firewood!
Feels good to focus on GETTING THE FAWK OUtaHere again! :hairrocker:

Last I heard both my local wheelin' buddies "hate sand" so I don't ever feel obligated to check in with either of you. It sure would be nice if I wasn't over there by myself all the time though.
We're going for a couple days in July and possibly before then if I get stuff done. You should come. :)

Oh and I was in my garage working all night tonight and I didn't see any stinking bender. :tongue4:

Came home from Tulsa to find a stolen amplifier. One week later I remembered I had a new set of rock lights boxed in the front seat that were gone too. A few days after that I noticed my 15K lbs drop hitch was gone and yesterday I discovered I could add my new still packaged ProComp tow strap to the list. :mad:

That is one of the big drawbacks on Pismo IMHO...too much PoPo. Copper copper Mr. Fun Stopper can kill a great time.

Yep, helper bags are definately on the list now.
The old flatbed setup never squatted much, and didn't appear to be on the overload springs too bad.
I figured using the same spring, just removing the overloads, and replacing the blocks with a shackle flip it should be pretty similar and not sag that bad. I guess i was wrong. Of course I didn't check it out until the day I was loading up to go.

haha yup. both trucks had a matched set on the way down there.
I had a blowout on the tow rig on the way, and no matching spare which forced me to run the 37's on the back and 38's up front.
