That no longer applies they gave a temp on model 76 year if your reg was due in certin months but as of no the 76 and up is smogged like normal ..i.e. no more smog exempt for them.. :2thumbs:

it doesn't worl like that anymore. They had temporarily gave the 76's exepmt status but as of right now, ALL 76 and above need to get smogged. No matter what month.

should've bought a diesel. exempt in all years up to 2005.
