SO if any of you renters need a nice house to rent here are the details:

Modesto
$1000 month $900 deposit - 2 bedroom 1 bath 2car garage 900sqft. The bathroom is all newly remodeld this year, brand new carpet, new stove/oven, washer & dryer hookups indoors. HUGE backyard with ally access and pleanty of RV type parking in the back. College Ave. Near Briggsmore Ave.

Salida # 1 (just North of Modesto like 2 miles)
$1200 month $1000 deposit - 3bedroom 2bath 2car garage 1300sqft. Brand new carpet, granite countertops in kitchen (remodeled recently) average size back yard, valted celing in livingroom. VERY close to elementary school/walking distance is about 1-2min. My kids use to go to this school and it is a newer school and very nice. No RV access but a nice shed on one side. Indoor washer/dryer hookups. Wallasey Ave. near Tamara

Salida #2
$1200 month $1000 deposit - 3bedroom 2bath 2car garage 1500sqft. Brand new carpet, Kitchen COMPLETELY remodeld about 5moths ago even the cabnets are new, new everything. Valted celling. Family room & living room. Average size backyard, just down the street from the other house so it is almost as close to the same school I talked about, probly 5min walk to it. New roof(like yesterday), Cul-da-sac. On Tamara ave.

I don't have the address numbers in my head so if anyone wants to see thease homes just let me know and I'll get the addys....

All 3 are VERY CLEAN, trust me I did it myself for the last 2months and Carpets go in this week in all 3 houses....

trust me...there is no way you would want Mike or Myself as a renter with the RV access. Well I guess a plus would be that I would most likly have spare parts for ya. :blink:

We have 3 in Salida and 3 in Modesto including the one we live in...oh ya and one in Oakdale that is getting converted from a 2bd-1bth to a 3bd-2bth..so I guess 7...damn :chaz: Don't think i ever counted um up like that :blink:

hmmmm those are decent prices. i pay 1350 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath place is pretty big with a 2 car garage for 1350 a month here in sparks.thats a good deal but id rather live here :2thumbs:

Yes very good price...everything in thease houses is new too...carpet paint blinds kitchen ...everything

We are looking at putting them into Property Mangmt if I can't find the renters on my own.

76K5 ~ the two bigger homes - 1350sqft & 1520sqft are both in Salida next to Hwy99 so the commute is easy..especillay just to Stockton.

I am leaving for Pismo on Sunday and won't be back until the following Tuesday...PM me if you want to see them down the road...
